Westman Communications Group's COVID-19 Response

At Westman, we understand that the communication services we provide are critical. With the growing work-from-home and family entertainment needs associated with our fast-changing public safety requirements, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional services and support.

Westman has a robust network and infrastructure, and our communication services will remain fully operational during this challenging time. All Westman Internet plans include unlimited data, and we are prepared for any increase in usage that may result from changing household requirements.

Supporting our members remains important to us, and we want to assure you that we have the trained staff and resources in place to continue to keep you connected, entertained, and informed.


Customer & Technical Support 

Our retail location on 1906 Park Avenue will remain open with the following safety protocols: 

  • Physical distancing signage in the retail area.  
  • Face masks are mandatory for our staff and anyone entering our retail area to ensure everyone's safety.  
  • An equipment return bin is available for members to drop off equipment returns safely.
  • Plexiglass is in place between you and our staff.  
  • Hand sanitizer is available to our staff and everyone who enters our retail area.

Bill Payment Options 

Please note that Westman has remote payment options available to you:

  1. By credit card, please visit our My Westman online member portal.
  2. By your online banking website or mobile app; set Westman Communications Group up as a payee and follow their online bill payment instructions.

Ordering & Changing Services 

You can still order and change your services. Upgrades to Internet and Cable TV packages can be easily done without the need for you or a technician to do anything. You can also change or upgrade services in the following ways:

  1. Complete an online order form and our Customer Service Team will give you a call to complete your request.
  2. Call Customer Service at 204.725.4300 or toll free at 1.800.665.3337 during these hours: 
    Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    Saturday:10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    Sunday: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  3. Upgrade and manage your services in My Westman with the Manage Services feature.

Equipment Return and Replacements
